Responsibilities
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
- Calculate bonuses and allowances
- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
- Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process (Including sourcing, screening, cold calling, short-listing, onboarding candidates)
- Making reports of potential candidates’ competencies or complete profiling to be reviewed by the clients
- Processing candidate from submit CV, interview process, offering process, until the candidate joins the client’s company
Requirements and skills
- Minimum bachelor degree of any related major
- Hands-on experience with payroll and recruitment at outsource or head hunter company
- Proven work experience as a HR (Recruitment and payroll)
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Willing to work from office in Semarang
- Can join ASAP
