Deskripsi Pekerjaan
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 3-5 years relevant work experience in recruitment (Sourcing/Candidate Management)
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT Recruitment
- Supervisory experience is not required
- Knowledge in Excel is desired
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
- Ready to join 6 May 2024.
- Willing to sign 6-months contract (Potential extension subject to performance evaluation)
- Ready to work onsite at Client office at Semarang City.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure process compliance and alignment across all processes
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) of processes
- Responsible in ensuring completion, distribution of leads to the available resources
- Determine and ensure resolution of any processing and quality challenges and gaps
- Act as a liaison between candidates and other teams
