PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal, is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager. He/She is proactive and result-oriented. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build and lead a professional team. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, managing the recruiting budget, and ensuring positive candidate experience.
- The general responsibility covers:
Developing and implementing recruiting strategies, as well as managing the budget. - Liaise with managers and understand their recruitment needs
- Lead a recruitment team to execute an end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
- Reviewing hiring trends within the industry to determine best practices for talent acquisition
- Overseeing the administrative aspects of the hiring process such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference/background checks
- Prepare regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress against goals.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Kendal, Kabupaten Kendal.
To hold the position, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferred in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling mass recruitment for all levels.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of positions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, team management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English with good presentation skills
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
