We’re hiring for a Recruitment Manager, for our client, a multinational manufacturing company in Kendal, Jawa Tengah
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Management, or any related fields
- Min. 2 years of experience on supervisory level
- Experience on handling company with 1500+ workers
- Fluent in English
- WIlling to work in Kendal, Jawa Tengah
