Deskripsi Pekerjaan
General Descriptions :
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection process (onsite interview-onboarding) for operator level, canvassing & being involved in promoting company profile in local vocational schools, etc.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management/Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Recruiter, preferably in garment industry
- Good knowledge in English and communicative
- Able to work independently and/ with a team
- Excellent organizational skills, enjoy meeting target and tight deadlines
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Has commitment to ongoing learning and self-development
- S1 (Required)
- Recruitment: 2 years (Required)
Language :
- English (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate :
- Yogyakarta: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Persyaratan minimum:
- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Kartu izin tinggal dapat diberikan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 – Rp3,500,000 per bulan
