Job Description:
- Identify and analyze position requirements requested by relevant departments
- Ensure that the position request meets the recruitment requirements and procedures.
- Responsible for assigning tasks to the team and monitoring the recruitment process.
- Supervise 2 business unit branches for headcount fulfillment.
- Provide training to the team related to recruitment, psychology tests and basic HR.
- Responsible as a bridge between end users and related departments.
- Evaluate and report recruitment progress every week.
- Willing to mobilize each business unit in Jepara.
- Establish good relationships with external parties such as training institutions, the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Manpower Office, universities, and other related parties
- Networking with other training institutions to facilitate the recruitment of blue-collar workers.
- Design, organize, and execute recruitment programs.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and training.
- Fluent in English, writing, and verbal. Being able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Grobogan Regency, Central Java.
- Hardworking, conscientious and diligent.
- Willing to learn.
- Have good communication and able to be a leader in the team.
