Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Garment Industry.
- Strong in sourcing candidates, approach candidates, manage the recruitment process, and maintain relation with user.
- Familiar with SAP.
- Understand the tools of psychological test.
- Fluent in English.
- Placement in Semarang and Wonogiri
 
About the Role :
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and assessment.
- Utilize various job boards, social media, and networking to reach a broad candidate pool.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment progress and results.
