Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.
Supervisor, HR (Recruitment) Manage the recruitment process of Supervisor and above. The HR supervisor’s duties include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, organizing interview session, offering and onboarding. The HR supervisor should be able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
 
HR Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff, including background & medical checks.
- Arranging Onboarding training sessions with all new hires.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
 
To hold the position, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar (preferably a master’s degree).
- 3 years relevant experience in recruitment for supervisory & managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Excellent administrative skills.
