Job description & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit Merchant Sales team that will be an extension of the Region Champion.
- Monitor the team to run according to the target & schedule.
- Make daily & weekly reports.
- Evaluate the work of the team.
- Motivate the team to reach the target.
- Assist mapping strategies & acquisition potential for Merchant Sales teams.
- Analyzes acquisitions & team visits whether they are on target & maximum.
- Create a route or schedule a new visit to the Merchant Sales team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields may be preferred
- Min. 5 years of experience required, depending on past sales experience and industry
- Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
- Having good sales and negotiation skills
- Able to lead and motivate teams
- Understand technology, budgeting, and report writing skills
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
