Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description: 
– Work closely with the National Sales Manager to drive the entire sales team’s performance
– Prepare Monthly/Weekly sales performance reports to forecast revenue growth and business opportunities. 
– Regularly monitor sales forecasts and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue
– Work closely with internal divisions to establish the necessary sales enablement protocols, processes, tools, and promotions to drive growth. – Drives and increases the value of partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies
Requirements:
– At least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager, working in the pharmaceutical industry, or an equivalent environment would be a plus
– Excellent communication skill
– Have a strong leadership
– Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent quality control skills. 
– Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
– Driving business decisions using data
