Deskripsi Pekerjaan
KSP Mekarsari is a savings and loan cooperative that provides financial services to retired Indonesian civil servants and the general public. We offer a variety of cooperative products, including loans and deposit accounts.
Responsibilities :
* Generate leads and actively prospect for new customers to open savings accounts at KSP Mekarsari.
* Provide clear and concise information about KSP Mekarsari’s deposit products and their benefits.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote deposit products and achieve individual targets.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and sell opportunities and present additional KSP Mekarsari products and services to existing customers.
Qualifications :
* Willing to be placed in Semarang, Pati, Tegal, Pekalongan
* Minimum Diploma III qualification, with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferred.
* At least 2 years of experience in the insurances, Bank, or other financial services industry, (preferably in the BANK industry).
* Proven experience in selling and promoting deposit products.
* A strong track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven individual.
