Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Educational Qualification:
- A bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field such as science, engineering, food technology, or a related discipline. 
Experience:
- Several years of progressive experience in research and development role for Confectionary and/or Beverages (Powder Drink), with a track record of increasing responsibility.
Project Management Skills:
- Proven experience in effectively managing R&D projects especially in Confectionary and/or Beverages (Powder Drink), including defining scopes, setting objectives, allocating resources, and managing timelines.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively convey R&D progress to stakeholders.
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
