RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
 
GENERAL JOB FUNCTION :
- Accountable for product research and development
- Implement new product development with related depts. at the beginning until hand-over to production.
- Together with the relative person or/& department internally to perform product research as planned such as specification, deadline, cost, budget, etc.
- Perform engineering product and improvement in case
- Support related department issues regarding product engineering and specification, and technical improvement.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :
- 4 years experience in product development in the woodworking industry
- College degree, majoring in Technical field, woodworking vocational
- Solid experience in wooden furniture construction
- Understand wood furniture production process
- Strong leadership skills
- Computer literate, MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong and efficient communication with colleagues, subordinates and superiors
- Hands-on and customer-oriented
- Preferably fluent in English
