Job Description
- Managing day to day operation restaurant
- Supervise and manages employee
- Reviews staffing to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Handle guest problems and complaints
- Create report on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses to management
- Control operational expenses
- Responsible to sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirement
- Candidate must possess al least Bachelor Degree in service management, hospitality or equivalent.
- Have Experience in Japanese restaurant will be an advantage
- Have experience in leading team.
- Dynamic person, confidence & outgoing personality
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good leadership, teamwork and problem solvers
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Willing to do multitasking job
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays
