Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Semarang as an Outlet Manager at Tavern Group Semarang. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing the team, and handling inventory management.
Qualifications
1. Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
2. Experience in people management and team leadership
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of inventory management and ordering
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. 3 years experience as a F&B Outlet Manager
Persyaratan minimum:- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
- Tanggal mulai kerja: 01 April 2024
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 – Rp9,000,000 per bulan
