Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Lead the MD and SPM teams in the Central Java branch area (Yogyakarta, Semarang, and Purwokerto) and organize work coordination in the retail field in order to create harmony in terms of sales (Sell out) so as to achieve targets in accordance with established company standards.
- Conduct regular routine training for MD and SPM to conduct training in their respective areas (coordinate with HO trainers).
- Collaborate with branch sales teams to improve and develop sales activities in stores as part of the retail strategy.
- Manage the overall process (recruitment request) of Merchandisers and Promoters in their respective areas.
- Build and maintain good business relationship with store owners in each area.
- Produce necessary weekly/monthly reports related to Retail in each area.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
- Relevant in retail or marketing.
- Min. 2-3 years Retail Experience Particularly in the electronics industry.
- Team management, scheduling, training.
- Sales strategy, target achievement, customer experience.
- Interaction with team, customers, management.
- Sales and marketing data analysis.
- Knowledge of electronic products, technology trends.
- Fluent in English or Mandarin is a plus.
- Will be based in Yogyakarta.
