Job Description

1. Manage &amp ensure high-quality product design
2. Defining and communicating product strategy
3. Troubleshooting issues and improving product performance
4. Coordinating with the product development team
5. Overseeing the product manufacturing process
6. Analyzing market and industry trends
7. Other duties assigned as determined by superior

Qualification :

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Engineer in woodworking industry
3. Excellent design skills
4. Strong knowledge of CAD software
5. Strong knowledge of the industry
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Strong Leadership and manage
8. Highly developed attention to detail
9. Strong and efficient communication towards colleagues, subordinates and superior
10. hands on and customer oriented
