Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Jepara for a Research and Development (R&D) Manager. 
- The R&D Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to- day operations of the research and development department – managing a team of drafters and sample makers and leading various ongoing development. 
- The R&D Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all R&D projects meet set deadlines, and communicate progress to other team members.
 
Qualification:
- Fluent in English – business (speaking, writing, listening, reading). 
- Mandarin language language skills would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in furniture research and development.
- Had a career in a large- scale company.
- Excellent at problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent at working in detail and with a specified target.
- Excellent at time management.
- Excellent at teamwork and coordination – yet a self- driven person
- Excellent at leading a team to achieve the company’s goals.
- Excellent at operating MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, CAD, SketchUp & Solidworks.
- Passionate in furniture business development.
