Qualification :
 
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least min 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong Leadership & Management skill.
- Required skill(s) : AutoCad 2D & 3D, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3DSMax, V-Ray, Solidworks, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Rendering, Archicad, Sketching, Photography, SAP 2000, Lumion, Revit Architecture, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Premierpro, Inkscape, Aftereffect, Inventor, CATIA Software, Master CAM, Fusion 360 dan Keyshot.
- Able to use rendering tools (V-ray for 3D max or sketchup & Keyshot for Fusion 360).
- Knowing detail of interior outdoor furniture.
- Creative, high sense of art and passion for design (specially in outdoor furniture)
- Understanding product and material knowledge in outdoor furniture
- Fluent in English, both verbal or non verbal
- Good Communication & interpersonal skill
 
Responsibilities :
 
- Manage all RnD team and the jobs.
- Responsible for design development drawing completely on schedule, monitoring and coordinate with drafter for furniture detail drawing.
- Plans concept by studying information and materials.
- Create design, concepts and sample based on the request.
- Review & revise design from designer & drafter team.
- Illustrates the concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
- Develop graphics and layouts for packaging & product illustration.
- Strong sense of responsibility to ensure designs meet the deadline, this includes managing third parties and proactively communication with other department within the company.
- Incorporate change recommended by the production manager into the final design
- Communication with clients and customers related to the design
