Job Description
- Responsible for managing and driving compliance on RS (Restricted Substances [Division]) policies and programs as well as the implementing guidelines in newly assigned factories/licenses and/or Agents located in Indonesia and other nearby locations that maybe assigned.
- Responsible for implementation of MRSL and ZDHC projects in Indonesia and Southeast Asian regions.
- Responsible for providing RS Compliance and RS-related technical trainings to assigned factories.
- Proactively engage in RS Random Testing and Failure Investigation as needed by the team.
- Support other RS team members in providing timely trainings / technical supports to assigned factories.
- Drives and provides technical assistance for effective chemical managements in assigned factories.
- Drive enhancement of RS Failure Controls for Chemical Testing
Requirements
- Diploma degree or above in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in Footwear business or an independent 3rd party lab in customer product testing.
- Have a capability to reading RS Reports.
- Must have basic English communication skills (reading comprehension, speaking, and writing).
- At least 1 year training experience on relevant fields.
- Good knowledge about product safety regulations and requirements is preferred.
- Basic understandings about 3rd party testing and materials are an added value.
