About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team based in Semarang, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong “hunting” mindset, focusing on acquiring new customers with no account servicing or maintenance responsibilities. This role offers attractive commission scheme designed to attract and reward top talent who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relentlessly pursue and acquire new customers for FedEx in Indonesia
- Engage high-potential prospects and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, offering the full range of FedEx products and solutions that best meets customer needs
- Identify unmet logistic needs in the market and collaborate with various commercial and operational teams within FedEx to address those needs

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience (experience in logistics industry will be preferred)
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and achieving outstanding sales results
- Strong sales prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial, independent and self-driven with a focus on quick acquisitions and big deals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks
- Good in English communication, both written and conversation
- Familiar in operating MS Power Point and Excel
- Proficient in business email communication
- Must hold a valid driving license and owns a car
