1. Get into contact with leads and regularly update its information
2. Being the event organizer internally for the personnels and externally for the leads
3. Meet with leads, online or offline to discuss their needs and present our solutions
4. Help conducting early Business Analysis on leads’ business process together with Application Specialist and other personnel
5. Help converting the early BA results into project scope and estimated project timeline together with Application Specialist and other personnel
6. Collaborating with Sales Admin and Commercial Specialist to provide Offering Proposals and Project Contract
Requirements and skills
1. Genuine interest in understanding business processes of companies in various industries (not get bored or lose interest during the first 3 months and more)
2. Adept in the art of asking the right questions
3. Has strong sense of responsibility to keep everyone in the company well-fed
4. Lifelong Learner only (fakes are easily spotted)
5. Strong observation and analysis skills, especially in business processes across various industries
6. Hands-on experience in Business Consultation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Accounting (or their equivalence) of a Company is a major plus
7. Extroverts (or Introverts that can manage their social battery well)
8. Have the drive to help people, be it business owners, fellow team members, or total strangers, out of kindness with no strings attached
9. Willing to commit to the skill acquisition program for months post-recruitment
