Why this role?
We are an engineering company that looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive / Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships.
What will you be doing?
- Do daily visit min 2-3/day for expanding the company’s customer base
- Create project, able and willing to pursue project in Centre of Java ( Semarang, Solo, DIY Jogjakarta, Magelang, and etc) without obstacles, follow up project closely
- Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product’s competitive position
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
- Support appointed local distributor’s sales & marketing team in technical presentation, clarification & problem solving to their customers
- Maintain customer relationship with good communication, attitude and attention
- Work with sales target so having responsibility to achieve sales targets
- Work with team ( give report to distributor’s team ) so distributor’s team can follow up further and provide quotation
- Make product marketing strategy for education, increasing sales figures, expand customers contact ( example : held a seminars as a speakers or join event/booth, gather customers for RTD/CSR and marketing information via electronic media )
- To ensure and monitor the activities of the appointed distributors and provide the progress of the product penetration and achievements in the market to the management in Headquarters
Are you the one?
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and its equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in Engineering Sales experience, preferably (M&E consultants, developers/owners and distributors, Oil & Gas, and Data Centre)
- A willingness to travel frequently in all Indonesia cities and work flexible hours.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and customer relationship management.
- Candidates fluent in English preferred as role requires candidates to deal with management in Headquarter.
- Good product presentation skills is an added advantage.
