Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Manage sales through business plan development
- Setting individual and team sales targets
- Track sales goals and report results
- Supervise the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinate with marketing for leads (lead generation)
- Develop team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
- Promote organization and products
 
Requirements:
- Minimum education is bachelor’s degree in related fields (especially in TV field)
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Sales in the field, especially television electronics
- Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Skilled in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
- Able to speak, listening, and writing in English (Mandarin Speaker is a plus point)
- Committed to providing satisfactory customer service
- Have a strong leadership, good personality, and good communication skill
- Willing to be worked in Semarang
