Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Roles and responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities and extend partnerships to offtakes buyers (feedmills, chicken breeders, etc)
- Support establishment contacts and develop relationship in the region (support Branch Manager) and in the branch level (support Area manager)
- Deepening existing relationships and assisting transactions with buyers
- Analyze offtakes sales and operations to increase sales and offtakes process efficiency
- On pre-harvest season, gather crops buying prices from buyers (feedmill) in the region and buyer onboarding to JIVA system
- On harvest season, assign harvest to buyers with logistic executive, monitor buyer performance, ensure that buyer are paying based on contract term, and attend post harvest events with buyers
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a purchasing or procurement in a feedmill or corn processing for at least 2 years
- Have a leverage networking with feed mills in Central Java
- Able to communicate in English (both spoken & writen)
- Strong negotiation & administration skills
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
