Intramega Global, a leading warehouse solutions provider, specializes in the conceptualization, implementation, and optimization of every facet of our clients’ warehouse operations. This encompasses warehouse systems, technology, infrastructure, and consulting services dedicated to enhancing our customers’ warehousing efficiency.
 
The position of Sales – Business Development at Intramega Global is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, developing accurate sales forecasts, crafting customized solution proposals, leading negotiations and closing deals, exploring strategic partnerships, ensuring ethical compliance in sales activities, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns. These multifaceted responsibilities are pivotal in driving the organization’s growth, profitability, and success within the warehouse solutions sector.
 
Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.25.
- Preferably, 2-5 years of relevant experience, but recent graduates with exceptional backgrounds or achievements are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in both oral and written English is a necessity.
- Familiarity or some experience in ERP, Logistics, Supply Chain Processes, Warehousing, and B2B sales processes.
- Highly proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and preferably AutoCAD.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to contribute, lead, and shoulder responsibilities.
- Work location in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
