Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of working experience in the related field, machinery knowledge, strong exposure in injection industries and sales experience are required for this position.
- Experience in automotive/vehicle parts, toys manufacturing, plastic and die casting injection industries will be an advantage.
- Required skills includes communication skills, presentation, sales, project management, negotiation, foster teamwork, prioritize options and good administrative skills.
- Proficient in English. Chinese will be an advantage.
- Must possess own car
- Job placement in Semarang, Indonesia.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To achieve sales target set by the company.
- To generate and submits accurate pipeline, quotation, forecast on sales & payment collection on a regular basis.
- To liaise with the customers on the secured projects to implement and carry out the scope of delivery as stated in the purchase order/sales contract and generate billing/invoice accordingly.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with all customers by maintaining regular calls and visits. Make formal presentations to customers and the industries as required.
- To maintain the existing customers base and develop new customers base from time to time in order to have a continuous business expansion.
- To maintain constant field intelligence, feeds back pertinent information concerning competitors’ activities, products, prices, promotional programs etc.
- To liaise with the Sales & Marketing Support and Finance Department pertaining to the workflow system, timely collection of payments from customers, credit issues and maintaining good customer credit profile.
- To ensure establishment of credit facilities with bank/leasing institutions (if needed by customer)
- To ensure accurate and timely response to all customers at all time.
- To maintain close relationship with agents and dealers.
