Sales Executive – Apparel (Semarang)

Qualifications :
- Hold minimum bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline, majoring in Marketing Management is preferred.
- Experience in the similar position at least 3 years
- Experience in Sales & Marketing Department
- Experience in apparel/garment industry is preferred
- Able to work in team, also independently initiative
- Experience preparing narrative reports.
- Self-motivated and eager for improvements
- Good communication in English both verbal & written
- Have communication, presentation, negotiation, and computer skills/capabilities.
- Result oriented, Resourceful, Confident and able to work independently and under pressure
- Passion for delivering excellent service by having a customer-first mindset
- Having driving licenses A. This position requires lots of travelling and face to face meeting with clients
- Willing to placement in Semarang, Central Java
 
Key Activities :
- Achievement of monthly/annual sales targets of their assigned territories.
- Maintaining current customers with special focus on Platinum & Gold customers, and doing further market penetration by grabbing new profitable customers and increase share in low share customers.
- Achievement of monthly collection target and streamlining credit terms with customers for improving DSO.
- Close coordination along with credit control team to ensure smooth collections and no bad debts.
- Introduce and sell in new products & services. Promote Coats as a service/complete solution provider.
- Ensure ongoing market intelligence gathering and updating key highlights to management for making long term/ short term strategies.
- Manage and improving pricing and customer profitability on an ongoing basis.
- Getting future projections from customers for improving material forecasting.
- Making complete use of SFDC for all reports.
