Sales Executive

Qualifications :

  • Hold minimum bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline
  • Experience in the similar position at least 2 years
  • Experience in Sales &amp Marketing Department
  • Experience in Footwear industry is preferred
  • Able to work in team, also independently initiative
  • Self-motivated and eager for improvements
  • Have good analytical skill, good command of English both verbal &amp written
  • Have communication, presentation, negotiation, and computer skills/capabilities
  • Result oriented, Resourceful, Confident and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Passion for delivering excellent service by having a customer-first mindset
  • Having driving licenses A. This position requires lots of travelling and face to face meeting with clients
  • Willing to placement in Semarang, Central Java

Key Activities :

  1. Achievement of monthly/annual sales targets of their assigned territories, including threads and structural components products.
  2. Maintaining current customers with special focus on Platinum &amp Gold customers, and doing further market penetration by grabbing new profitable customers and increase share in low share customers.
  3. Achievement of monthly collection target and streamlining credit terms with customers for improving DSO.
  4. Close coordination along with credit control team to ensure smooth collections and no bad debts.
  5. Introduce and sell in new products &amp services. Promote Coats as a service/complete solution provider.
  6. Ensure ongoing market intelligence gathering and updating key highlights to management for making long term/ short term strategies.
  7. Manage and improving pricing and customer profitability on an ongoing basis.
  8. Getting future projections from customers for improving material forecasting.
  9. Making complete use of MS Dynamics for all reports and also other Coats digital tools to support daily business activities.
