PT AbadiNusa Usahasemesta (ABN) is a leading distributor of medical and laboratory equipment of premium quality and world-leading scientific medical brands. Our vision is to become the trusted solution enabler in the medical and scientific industry with world-class standards to enhance the quality of life. We are currently hiring Sales Executives based in Semarang and Surabaya.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote, sell, and market medical equipment products (all products).
- Achieve and exceed the sales target through innovative sales strategies
- Build up a business by identifying new business opportunities
- Develop new and grow existing relationships, as well as leverage customer relationships to increase sales revenue in the territory
- Attend trade shows and medical equipment exhibition
- Develop sales coverage by adding new customer from healthcare private industries
- Expand and develop ABN products sales in the healthcare private industries (private hospitals, etc)
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience related to Medical Device Business
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Health Analyst/Pharmacy/other relevant major
- Good understanding of Healthcare Market and related procedures
- Good understanding of purchasing procedures for private hospitals as well as e-catalog, bidding processes, and joint operations (KSO)
- Good presentation skills and negotiation skills with strong sales and marketing strategies are a must
- Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
- Having your own vehicle (preferably a car)
- Native applicants from Semarang or Surabaya are mandatory
