- Promotion, sales and marketing of Freight Forwarding (Export & Import), Logistics & warehousing services.
- Hunts for new customer accounts across all industries.
- Servicing key major accounts.
- Visits and services customers.
- Ensures customers’ satisfaction and on quality of service.
- Attend to sales enquiries and customers’ complaints.
- Supports RFQ, RFP and RFI
- Updates daily in CRM System on customer visits & sales progress.
- Prepares monthly sales and marketing activities reports.
