Job Description :
- Maintain customer base and find new customers
- Achieve sales goals stated by Company
- Develop and update monthly sales forecasts of customers
- Propose internally new collections based on market trends, client information, and feedback.
- Constant commercial visits to clients & potential clients.
- Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, tracks sales data, and works to meet sales team goals
- Expanding group portfolio through strategic alliances
- Best commissions in the market and credit autonomy for sales
Requirements :
- Candidates should have experience in Sales (preferably door-to-door at least 2 years)
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales – Fragrance, soap, laundry, candle, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries, or shampoo industry.
- Required language: Bahasa Indonesia
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Sales Skill, and Microsoft Office
- Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Placement can be according to domicile
