Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop marketing strategies to increase asphalt sales in the Central Java region.
- Lead sales activities: negotiation, offering, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Manage customer accounts, ensure order fulfillment, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the Asphalt Terminal team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Respond to customer needs and inquiries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the construction or construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the asphalt and construction industry.
- Proficient in English.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Own a personal vehicle.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Disciplined, proactive, and target-oriented.
