Sales Marketing Manager
We are a rapidly growing outdoor furniture manufacturing company located in Semarang Central Java, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify all business opportunities and always have revenue goals as a target
- Must be able to pick up / master the technical expertise of the product offered
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to develop marketing materials and product promotions.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in English knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, German, Mandarin, etc., is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work From Office.
