Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
- Oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met and build strong relationships with customers.
- Create and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient teamwork.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and remain competitive.
- Resolve customer issues and provide leadership in business decisions and projects.
Requirement:
- Diploma degree in any major.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales and marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English/Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and close business opportunities.
- Proficient in office software.
- Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and willing to work in a start-up environment in Semarang/Surabaya, with the head office located in China.
