Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having experience form Property / Real Estate industry
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and create effective sales strategies
- Will be located in Central Java
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible to manage and lead Sales & Marketing Department by providing strategic sales plan
- Establish sales objective for all sales in order to meet sales target
- Identify targeted customer segmentation based on market research data
- Collaborate with Marketing Head to prepare and execute promotion activities in all related media to increase product sales
