1. More than 2 years of working experience in market sales and development, with good image 2 years related working experience, good image
2. Good communication skills, sociable, enthusiastic, willing to share and maintain good interpersonal relationships with others good communication skill, willing to socialize, passionate, willing to share, keep good relationship with person
3. Strong resistance to stress, able to face setbacks and difficulties correctly, good at controlling emotions, stimulating and maintaining one’s own work passion can work under pressure, good at control emotion, always motivate and keep passion to work
5. Be good at accumulating experience and improving work skills through work reflection and self-study good at accumulate experience and enhence working skill via sumarized daily job task, or self learning etc..
6. Develop and find new potential customers exploit and seek new potential customer
7. Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers establish and maintain good relationship with current customers
8. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor dynamics carry on marketing research, to know about the industry trend and competitors action
9. Develop sales plans and goals setup sales plans and targets
10. Conduct product demonstrations and sales negotiations product presentation and sales bargain
11. Provide high-quality after-sales service and solve customer problems and complaints provide excellent service after sales, solve customer problem and complaint
12. Fluent English or Korean, and Chinese is preferred can fluently speak English or Korean, also can speak Mandarin is prefered
13. Education level of 12 years or above, no age limit, those with experience in the shoe material chemical industry are preferred12 years above education degree, have experience in shoe industry is prefered
