Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Relations :
- Manage an overall buyer/account relationship and be accountable for development, execution, performance, growth & profitability
- Manage every orders and customers’ requests as a project and set the milestones and their deadlines for every tasks required. Define and communicate all technical information to the team to ensure fast and accurate delivery of goods and information.
- Monitor production and shipment status, closely communicate with customers and the relevant parties for potential problem foreseen to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken.
- Identity, anticipate any flaws and risks in operations and in customers’ needs.
- Check and monitor daily / weekly / monthly reports as required
- Business Development
- Build and develop new merchandising strategies that balance customers and prospect expectations with the company’s objectives.
- Issue PI and Quotation by working closely with all departments to gather necessary information in a fast and accurate manner.
- Result oriented, you will build relationship with internal and external parties to develop marketing, communication and sales tools and funnels.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of merchandising experience (in Furniture industry is a plus)
- Strong understanding of production processes (Planning & Executing), strong ability for planning and identification of risk of delays and other barriers.
- Independent, outgoing, presentable, sales oriented, target oriented, detail oriented, well-organized, diligent, hardworking, analytical, focused, and committed
- Able to work independently to execute order follow up until final shipment.
- Capable to identify flaws in organization and develop solutions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong in MS Excel
