Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Providing service for walk-in customers & salesperson
- Receiving and checking the completeness of documents, such as SPAJ submission, agent submission (agent’s code, licensing administration, etc), and other documents submitted by customers and salesperson
- Sending documents to Head Office
- Follow-up incomplete documents
- Data input
- Perform general affair activities, such as: compile petty cash report, request promotional materials, manage tax extension, domicile documents & advertising permit and monitoring report & inventory branch’s assets
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 from any major
- Preferable have 2 years of working experience in service quality
- Fast learner & good communication
- Excellent in administrative task
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
