About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Person to join our team at PT LEADER KONTRAKTOR INDONESIA. In this full-time position based in Semarang, Central Java, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Job responsibility :
- Identifying and prospecting new leads to expand our customer base
- Conducting in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and managing ongoing client relationships
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall sales strategy
- Coordinating with the supervisor to provide improvement suggestion regarding the products
Job qualification :
- Have 1-3 years experiences in sales
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the construction industry
- Teamwork and coordination skills, able to work across departments to solve problems.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new sales
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems
- Possess a driver’s license and proficient in driving a vehicle
- Data analysis and decision making skills, able to make effective sales strategy and promotion decisions based on data.
