Job Description:
Industry: Cocoa & Chocolate/ Confectionery is a Must
Location: Central Java
– Identify, engage, and develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients B2C
– Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products or services offered, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
– Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales growth
– Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and other necessary documentation.
– Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience
– Willing to travel as needed to meet with potential customers and attend events or trade shows to generate leads
Requirements:
– Minimum 3-6 years of B2C sales experience
– Experience in Cocoa/ Chocolate industry
– Minimum education is Bachelor’s Degree
– Proven track record of meeting sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Willingness to travel for client meetings
