Requirements :

1. Have at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. Able to communicate in English
3. At least 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor Property / Coordinator
4. Experienced in selling housing and have a customer database
5. Neat and have excellent verbal &amp written communication skills
6. Able to work in a team-oriented environment
7. Willing to be based in Semarang, Central Java

Responsibilities :

1. Managing sales staff
2. Recruit, mentor, hire, train and discipline sales staff
3. Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
4. Conduct market research and create effective strategies in accordance with market research developments
5. Create, implement and monitor sales plans both online and offline in accordance with Company targets
6. Organize and distribute sales staff schedules
7. Assist sales staff to achieve sales targets
