We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Representative / Sales Taking Order with experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, RTD) sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing relationships, and leading a team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies in assigned territories.
- Manage a diverse team with various backgrounds and personalities, ensuring high team morale and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with an emphasis on understanding client needs.
- Adapt to high-pressure environments while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Promote a proactive and disciplined work culture within the team.
- Operate a company vehicle for travel to different locations, adhering to all driving regulations (SIM C required).
- Have personal motorcycle.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Experience: Maximum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in a multinational FMCG company. (Fresh Graduate Welcome to Apply)
