JOB PURPOSE
- The Sales Executive Channel Team position is designated Sales teams within Pharmaceuticals Commercial Operations, Cluster – Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore. He / She are accountable for the push and pull of demand in Channel Brand to meet the commercial objectives of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia clusters through implementation of brand marketing strategies and activities to potential HCPs and Customers, drive sustainable sales growth through execution excellence and implementation of defined brand strategies.
- He / She collaborates strongly with Product Managers, Channel Activation Manager, Squad leads, Commercial Excellence team, and medical team to contribute to the growth of business.
- They will support and maximize business potential across the following key areas of responsibility:
– Sustainably achieve defined brand / portfolio growth objectives
– Implement 90-day Customer Engagement cycles.
– Develop strong relationships with HCPs and Customers
– Campaign Execution supported by Digital and Integrated Multichannel Marketing
– Relay Customer feedback to Portfolio / Brand Squads
– Implement Sales Force Effectiveness and Learning initiatives.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Management:
- Overall accountable for the effective implementation of 90-day Customer Engagement and activation plans for the managed portfolio (launch, foundation, and mature brands) to meet sales expectation versus target, product supply/logistic accuracy and financial accuracy.
- Build company capabilities by generating Business Insight through Customer, Territory, and Product Knowledge
- Develop and oversee the execution of marketing strategy (RTD, Salesman competition, Marketing Program, etc.) in the assigned Midwifes, Wholesaler and Pharmacy.
- Achieve sustainable competitive advantage and long-term success by strategically building and strengthening the network/relationship of Distributor, Wholesaler, Pharmacy and APKS.
- Execute sales & marketing activities to achieve target, conduct continues market intelligence such as competitor activities, stock update, and not less aggregate selling out of Wholesaler/ pareto Pharmacy and update regularly to Head of Sales.
- Contribute in monthly forecast to ensure accurate and stable stock supply in branch level.
- Manage the profitability of core brands (Incidal, Microgynon, Diane, etc)
- Consolidates and strive for solutions to Customer feedback or complain and provides update to Portfolio / Brand Squads for adapting Customer engagement plans and campaigns.

- Understands environment and current situations/market trends to make sound decisions, demonstrates fact-based decision making, able to manage ambiguity and reach logical conclusions.
- Contributes to mid-term outlook for the portfolio to base future investment decisions, and actively identified potential new sources of business.

- Be a proactive team member, applying an enterprise mindset on day to day activities.
- Proactively input into the strategic direction of the organization working with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Contributes to quarterly and annual strategic reviews to align on core priorities to inform investment and resourcing decisions.
WHO YOU ARE
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience in sales and/or marketing across a range of therapeutic areas and across retail and ethical channels.
- Strategic mindset: proven ability to assess external market factors and trends, key growth levers and consequently, position the business and strategy to leverage.
- Drives results and acts with a clear sense of ownership, takes personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures, has a strong bottom-line orientation, pushes self to achieve results.
- Manages complexity acquires data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems, uncovers root causes to difficult problems, evaluates pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options.
- Drives vision and purpose strengthens the bridge across customers and team, talks about future possibilities in a positive way, creates milestones to rally support behind the vision, articulates the vision in a way everyone can relate to
- Proven track record of performance in sales, fostering new ways of working.
- Having ability for data analysis with MS Office platform
