About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Coordinator to join our team at PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia’. This part-time role will be based in Kendal, Central Java and is responsible for overseeing the security operations at our manufacturing facility.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets
- Coordinating and supervising the security guard team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Conducting regular security patrols and inspections to identify and address potential risks
- Liaising with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Investigating and reporting on any security incidents or breaches
- Maintaining accurate security records and providing regular reports to management
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a security coordinator or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Thorough knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- A valid security guard license or certification (Garda Madya)
