Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting
- Max Age 35 years
- Have minimum 5 years of experiences in Accounting / Finance / Controller ( Preffered in Manufacturing Companies )
- Firm, Honest, and Disciplined
- Strong Leadership Spirit
- Communicative, and Able to Motivate teamwork and can work underpreassure
- Have Strong Financial and Accounting background with strong Analytical Skills
- Having Brevet Certification is a must
- Know How to use Accurate
- Able to Supervise and Train Accounting Staff
- Able to using Ms. Office
Job Descriptions
- Planning, Implementating, and Supervising the Company’s financial strategy
- Responsible for Making Financial Report (monthly and annually)
- Mastering Accounting Journals, Accounting Reports, and Financial reports
- Understand applicable tax regulations, (PPN, PPh21, PPh23, etc) and tax refund if necessary
- Update Accounting standards in accordance with developments
- Provide, analyze and review accounting, tax, and financial reports every months
- Monitor all business transactions
- Ensure the right financing structure and pattern for the company.
- prepare reports for BoD/ Investors/ Creditors
