We started our business in manufacturing Ceramic Tableware, Sanitary, and Furniture on 78 Ha of land in West Semarang, Central Java. Our group also operate Hospital, Property and Hotels. To strengthen our business objectives, we are looking for Senior Admin Sales with the following qualifications:
Qualifications :
- Education Requirement: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
2. Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in sales administration with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in managing key accounts and resolving escalated issues.
3. Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools (SAP).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to optimize processes and manage complex tasks such as large orders and escalated customer issues.
- Ability to supervise and train junior sales admins, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability in identifying and improving inefficient processes to enhance overall sales operations.
- Ability to ensure alignment between sales administration and broader company goals, supporting higher-level managers
- Understanding of the B2B or Horeca business is preferred, as it will enhance the ability to align with client and market needs.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Guide and assist all Sales Admins to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle key customers and distributors for any administrative issues, such as orders, invoices, and stock availabilities.
- Oversee large or complex orders for customers and distributors to ensure they are handled correctly.
- Ensure distributor contracts are up-to-date and followed, and assist with contract renewals or changes.
- Regularly follow up on customer and distributor orders to check status and resolve any delivery issues.
- Prepare and share sales performance reports with the Hospitality Head or GM.
- Tracking customer and distributor activities.
- Identify ways to make sales processes faster and more efficient, such as improving order handling and communications with related dept heads.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Hospitality Head or GM to align sales admin tasks with company goals and provide updates on distributor performance and any challenges.
- Communicate with finance, logistics, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and collaborate on problem-solving.
