Job Description :
- Interact with customers (B2B & B2C) to sell products and provide professional customer service in a timely manner, including after sales services.
- Generate leads, credentials pitch, solution pitch, negotiation, close and follow up.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business into new and existing markets.
- Develop new business segments and promote innovative ideas for business growth.
- Launching new projects to increase market penetration.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all proposals, contracts and correspondence with clients.
- Constantly engage current customers by keeping them updated on the company’s new products.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient spoken and written English language skills.
- 2-3 years experience in R&D, Sales, or Business Development.
- Candidates with no experience and with relevant qualifications, can also apply and be prepared to learn.
- Highly motivated, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
