Deskripsi Pekerjaan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and drafting, applying standard techniques involving minor innovations of methodology to provide solutions to problems. 
- Participates with other drafters, technicians, and others to contribute to project completion.
- Coordinate work with purchasing staff and suppliers.
- Build and configure multiple manufacturing bill of material variants.
- Coordinate work with design automation programmers.
- User acceptance testing of design automation scripting and applications.
- Performs other related duties as required.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or
- 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with CAD (Catia or similar software)
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience designing mechanical components and assemblies with an emphasis on manufacturability and cost efficiency
- Proven experience performing engineering calculations to determine the size and strength of components. Solve design problems and check computations.
- Experience in preparing, modifying, and releasing drawings created in CAD to verify fit, form and function of mechanical designs.
- Experience with bill of materials and cost calculations.
- Experience with top-down design method.
- Experience with CAM coding and CNC machinery operations.
