PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala master plans the development on the island of Northern Bintan and manages operations within Bintan Resorts International (Bintan Resorts), offering a range of tourist accommodations and associated activities. PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala’s roles include estate management, utilities provision, operations management, events, business, and community development. We are looking for SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER to join our winning team.
About the job:
Senior Legal Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing various legal aspects of the company. This includes permit & licensing matters, monitoring contracts and compliance, providing assistance to the company regarding legal business development to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (reputable university will be preferred)
- Exposure 2-4 years of experience in the same position
- Having certificate PKPA and UPA
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literate (Ms. Office and Google Workspace)
- Having driving license (SIM A & C) will be an advantage
- Proven skill in legal research & analysis
- Having good skill in critical thinking, negotiation, problem solving, with strong communication abilities.
- Creative, detail oriented, active, and self-driven person with good character of personalities
